The meticulously crafted warp (tana) from the renowned Tussar silk of Bhagalpur meets a durable Monga Silk (also known as Muga Silk) weft (bana) from Assam, where Tussar silk contributes its natural sheen, and Muga silk adds durability.
Length of the saree is approximately 5.5 meters, while width is around 44 inches.
The saree comes with its own blouse piece ( last picture) of approximately 1 meter length.
